Supreme Court Preview Co-Hosted by the American Constitution Society and Federalist Society

Come see the annual Supreme Court Preview panel, co-hosted by the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society. Professors Hughes, Muller, and Pettys will discuss some of the most important and controversial cases on the docket for the upcoming term. Lunch will be provided. Room 200. The Environmental Law Society with also be collaborating with the ACS and Federalist Society. The ELS has invited Professor Roesler to speak on City and County of San Francisco v. EPA.
