Blake Rupe has served in various capacities at the University of Iowa since 2012. Blake began her work here in various capacities, including in the UI College of Engineering as a Web Writer and Editor and Program Coordinator, and the UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences as Adjunct Instructor of Global Health. Blake comes to HELI from her previous role as Program Manager in the UI Office of Sustainability.

Before beginning her professional career at the University, Blake received her BA in International Studies with a focus on Human Rights from the University of Iowa and her MA in International Studies with a focus on International Conservation Policy, also from the University of Iowa.

Blake began as the Program Director of HELI at the University of Iowa College of Law in May 2022.
