Kevin Lynch is the Director of Clinical Programs at the University of Denver Law School, where he also teaches the Environmental Law Clinic.  The clinic represents clients on issues of air pollution, water pollution, environmental justice, public lands management, animal law, endangered species, and natural resources such as water law. He also teaches courses on Civil Procedure and Administrative Law.  His writing is focused on procedural issues such as discovery, stays, and preliminary injunctions, as well as on property rights issues related to the regulation of fracking.
