Eric Dirth is an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Division of the Iowa Attorney General’s Office. He is legal counsel for Iowa’s Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Iowa’s Soil and Water Conservation Districts, and the Iowa State Fair. He litigates environmental enforcement actions against solid waste, air quality and water quality violators. Dirth previously earned a MA in environmental advocacy in 2015 and graduated from University of Iowa College of Law in 2018.
